Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG) is seeking a Strategic Communications Specialist to support a prospective effort with the Global Positioning Network (GPN) Program Office (PO). This is a Contingent Hire position.

Position Summary
Translate complex GPN logistics initiatives into polished visual and written narratives for senior military and civilian decision-makers, governance boards, and Joint Logistics Enterprise stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic communications plans, messaging, communication products, and stakeholder information packages.
Design executive-ready briefing decks, background papers, talking points, decision materials, and governance packages.
Coordinate products for senior governance boards and executive steering councils, ensuring message consistency.
Meet regularly with the customer to understand initiatives, establish priorities, and manage communications tasks.
Convert technical, operational, fiscal, and policy information into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
Deliver draft and final briefing products within established event and review timelines.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience producing executive communications for DoD, federal, or similarly complex organizations.
Advanced PowerPoint, writing, editing, visual-storytelling, and information-design skills.
Ability to brief, collaborate with, and respond to senior military and civilian leaders.
Strong quality-control skills and ability to manage concurrent products under short suspense.
Active Secret clearance and eligibility for a DoD CAC.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting flag/general officers, SES leaders, governance boards, or executive steering councils.
Knowledge of logistics, Global Prepositioning, Joint operations, or force design.
Work Conditions
Work may be performed on-site at the Pentagon or Quantico, Virginia, or at a contractor facility, as designated by the Government.
Government business hours are generally 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday; the workday must support Government business hours.
Some positions may require CONUS and OCONUS travel.
Employment is contingent upon contract award, position availability, verification of qualifications, and satisfaction of security and onboarding requirements.
